Pffft, our european brethren in the AMG - ///M (and some non AMG - ///M cars) cars have a LOT! under the hood and there is no shame in losing to it. Calling the SL55 AMG etc. "luxury cars" and using it as a reason not to lose to them is like calling Mike Tyson in his prime "Heavy" and using it as an excuse as to why you should out-box him.

Raced a Suzuki GSX-R750 the other day from a 40 roll. At 130ish (neither of us was watching the speedo) my bumper was at his rear tire. It's the only thing that has beaten the SRT-4 so far on the street. Blew the doors of a local legend "10 second" Acura Intergra the day after I brought it home. When I let off at about 140 he got in front of me (still going about 120) and slammed on his brakes. It was at about this time (shortly after, like after checking my undies for poo) I decided that the type of people this car attracts wasn't for me, and I put it up for offers a couple days later. Finally got a reasonable offer a few days ago, new owner coming to pick it up this weekend. GT500 (when they come out of the stratosphere in price) here I come!!!!

WHY?! are you selling the SRT4 Those things are blindingly fast with only a few K in mods. I guarantee bang-buck you would beat almost any other car in this forum with one. Hell, my friend has 3500 invested in his Skittle and runs 11.8@122 on DR's all day long with boring regularity. It is also his DD.

MY father owns a e55 with the brabus K8 engine and supercharger upgrade... that thing has 560 rwhp....
that thing will tear up the asphalt while still being quiet enough to listen to mozart and enjoy a cup of coffee.... it's incredible...
