Doing it for status: To bad, it isn't a new car, you'll be looked at as a wannabee pimp. Or for the time the model does look the same, you'll look like a dope dealer.
Doing it for speed: Drop 10K in your stang and you'll walk that AMG.
Doing it for the looks: Personal preference, I won't meddle in that... (But they look like a taxi to me no matter what, I am from the Netherlands, and they use diesel mercs that look like that. I royally pissed off someone by telling that to their face…).

and + im not looking for just speed, if that was the case, id buy a 500 dollar car and invest 30k into and say its better than a stang.
the benz is more Luxurious, Comfortable, lowkey, dosent attract too many ricers, and when its time to go u step on the gas and your in time travel

I'd say get the Benz. Nothing is better than a luxury sedan that can compete. Obviously if you only have 14months to go you must have a good amount of equity so I say go for it!!! Like Rog said , sell it on the street because you will get robbed on a trade in.

all i got to say, is don't make a decision real quick until you reaseach it all, sounds like the merc could be a lemon, you def don't want that, and make sure you throughly think through buying another car, if you sleep on it, and still want it, you should probobly go get it,
