With a lockup converter, once you get to cruising speed or whatnot and let off the gas, it'll simply lock up, like you're driving a normal car, until you hit the gas and unlock the converter. It'll cause the RPM's to jump really high, like you're revving the car with a manual. However, with the unlocked converter, it never stops this "slipping" process. It constantly stays at a high RPM and it feels just like you're slipping the hell out of a clutch....until you drop the hammer, then it catches and goes. It's hard to describe. I'll have to get it on video.

Haha! I kinda thought the same thing when I seen it. My camera blows....it does the car NO justice. Oh well, you get an idea anyhow.
