Default What can I expect??

Taking my bone stock 02GT 5spd to the track on Friday night, what kind of times do these cars run? Im guessing high 14's?
I know how to drive I have an 11sec 5spd Nova, my question is based on 4.6 owners previous experience, best launch techniques and shift points for these cars? I have only driven this car about a thousand miles.Car is bone stock except MGW shifter I am running 255/45 street tires.
Little advice is always nice, thanks

The best I've heard from a reliable source is 13.7. Low 14's is more common.

MM&FF ran a 13.7,but they are friggin driving gods, and that was at Englishtown N.J,one of the best tracks in the country.A 14.0 would be killer for anyone else, anywhere else.

if youve had the car for 1K miles..

I'll be surprised if you can get a 14.4

your 60' goes anywhere near 2.1 and your ET is gonna die.

get lucky and pull a 2.0 or so, then i'd say 14.2's are cake

good luck, (and remember a bit of spin is better than alot of bog)
