Ok at my school, this kid drives an 02 Celica. He has nothing on it at all. Just a body kit, and black rims. Looks cool, but he thinks he can beat me. I have a '78 Mustang V8 302. I ran a 9.5 1/8 mile. I don't have anything i'm all stock, but my motor has been rebuilt by my brothers racer engine builder. So its faster then what you would see online for stock mustang II's. So who would win. I think I would, just you guys no better, so who would win? Thank you.

if it's stock and no surprises under the hood you will have the race no porblem

 

You will take him easily. My dad had a toyota matrix(same engine as a Celica) with a CAI, and he ran in the 11's in the 1/8th. There are the GT-S celicas which are faster than the GT ones, but even then, I still don't think the race will even be close.

Aight ill race him randomly like at a light when i pull up next to him. I don't like setting up a race. I have street raced before, its a rush, but i'm always too afraid of getting pulled over.. But yea I have a tight little Mustang II, fun ride. WHat makes it better is that its a V8 and people don't belive me. They think its slow....
