Default My first Post about a Kill

It was after school and I pull up at a light couple block from my school. It's a 3 lane road where 2 lanes can turn left and one goes straight and the Second lane can either turn left or go straight. Well theres 2 cars infront of me and i wasin the lane that can do either straight or left, he was in the lane that turns left only. So I pull up next to my buddy, and he has a prolly 1995 Civic Hatchback, and no mods just has it look cool with hood scoop and body kit, actaully looks cool. But anyway Light turns green and both of the cars in my lane go straight and I turn left. So i start to go fast after they turn and he cuts over to my lane almost hitting me, and now i'm behind him. So he floors it after he realizes i was going fast and he almost hits me. Now I am on a 2 lane road with an extra 3rd lane for an on ramp bout inbetween 1/8th mile and 1/4 mile. So I get into the onramp lane and gun it! He floors it too, and I just pullllll like a **** on his ***. I had at least 4 cars on him in less than 5 seconds of racing. I shut down at like 70 from a 30mph roll. When at the light though I was like you wanna race? He says "No" laughing cuz he knew he was going to lose. Well hes my friend so it was a fun race. The look on his face was priceless. It really felt like my car pulled hard.

Any way just a fun little race I thought I would share.

Nice kill man! Way to represent the Mustang II.

The past few months I've seen zip on the Mustang II on these forums. But in the past week there have been a few threads about them. Glad to see they are not extinct! Anybody else notice this, or have I lost my mind?

Surely, you've lost your mind. I see 8-9 of them at school in the parking structure every day.

I have not seen a II in washington state beside mine. I have seen '68's and new ones and ones inbetween but not any II's. I doubt there is 8-9 mustang II's in your school parking lot.... 8-9 musTANGs not II's though. Maybe one or two. They are hard to come by with V8 though. I was rather fortunate to have this car today. At the shop where my motor was rebuilt, next door this old couple had my car. They both died, and the car sat in the Garage so the dude was alowed to have the title after they died, cuz they gave it to him, and he rebuilt it and said to my dad he has a mustang for sale. So my dad bought it for 2 grand on the spot. Like I said, fortunate.
