Ricer Fly-By???
After I end up coasting into a gas station right after school, a teal prelude fart cannon, and a werid hood decided to rev up and "speed" away, would ya'll call this a ricer fly-by or what?

Rice Fly-by: action, procedure; when you beat another car usually from a roll and have slowed back down, said car (usually of imported brands with gaudy colors, stickers, and molded on body-peices, though not limited to) passes you at high speeds, sometimes the hazards are put on when past you.
