Yeah they do sound nice. Especially with exhaust. I was hammering my car up to a long fly over and loved the sound of the exhuast blasting off the concrete barrier. Had a guy once stick his head out of the window of his van to listen to my car once.

I've never seen another 03/04 Cobra in my area.

When I got the car for the first 6 months or so, people would consistantly follow me home to look at it & talk about it. I figured since sooooo many Mustangs are in my area, nobody would notice the Cobra part of the situation, but holy crap was I wrong. Still now, over a year later I can't go for a ride without someone going banana's over it.

Good story! It's nice to read a post about an 03/04 without something negative about the Eaton.

i've seen quite a few around here.. but i will say slamming gears gets old after a while, especially when you attract a lot of attention while your wheel hopping away, haha

Man, it just boggles my mind that people never see these things.

I see them all the dang time. I now live in the Portland area, so I guess that's to be expected with as many Mustangs as there are out here. But when I lived in IA in rather small towns, it was the same case. I saw at least one a month.

I'm just curious where you guys are at that you never see any? Do you guys live out in the middle of BFE or what?
