Hey guys.. stock 4 stock the stang could easily win - as long as he's equal at skill of driving as the firebird owner... I hate to magazine race.. but, the weight = the same, torque = same, and hp Firebird has by 10bhp which really equals about 1.5rwhp anyways, lol - so we can say that it's equal also... just like the stang is lighter by uhm 25 lbs or so, lol.... Where the power is applied is different now... the Stang will get all his torque at 2750rpms, while the Firebird is getting his at 4k.. Stang gets his redline hp at 5250, while the firebird is getting his at 5200. So the horsepower is a push, but the V6 stang is getting all his torque much earlier... I say... STOCK 4 STOCK... The Stang pulls off the line by about 1/2-car... the firebird catches him a lil but still loses by 1/4-1/2 car... so in the end... DRIVERS RACE...
Now knowing that, if he has mods, he will beat you. Just not with a 13.9, maybe a high 14-low 15.

Stock for stock it'd probably beat you if you're equal drivers. Mod for mod it'll probably beat you, however since it's so slow, driver error will play a huge role.

Please show me proof of 1 V6 Firebird running a 14 stock. a 200bhp car running that fast in a 3300lb body... and I mean stock.. no drag radials, NOTHING - right off the show room floor.

yes C6 it is, and I think theres more to that story too, seeing how a 95' V6 Camaro came with the 3.4L engine shelling out an incredible 160bhp!!!! in a 3200lb body. I think im getting a headache for smelling all this BS.
