2000gt vs srt-4??
True.. i would say im a good driver. I have my shift points down and take off is good probably 9 outa 10 times i line up. I race my cousins 96 impala ss(Modified ET best 14.2) once and a while just for fun. (I know street racing is bad but we have all done it! Havent got caught yet.. knock on wood!) Now my best ET at the track was really bad with a 14.7. But the track and street are totaly different. When i line up with him its close but i always end up pullin him by 1- 1 1/2 cars so i kno my car has 14-13.8 sec 1/4mile capable time. From a dig he cant touch me and i know the Srt-4 is somewhere around their ??

Really, spending $1k on a F/I car is like spending $3k[or more] on a N/A car, mods just are alot more productive on a boosted car, unless the 1K is spent on a nitrous kit and tune on the N/A car.
I dont think so a grand get's me to the 275 whp in a 2900 pound car. where as a grand worth of mods will net you guys maybe 285whp in a 3450 pound car. Now I'm not talking spray or anything silly like that just basic bolt ons. I'm in the Mid 12's with less than $2500 worth of mods

that's what he's saying though
that less money on a F/I car, hell
even if you did the EXACT same mods on the N/A and F/I car, the forced induction bastard would benefit alot better [:@]
