Well, not a kill exactly, but sorta. After driving this thing, the 5.0 seems like poo. I guess it is an inevitable kill if they were raced. Its an 01 with 72K miles. New toy

Probably until I get rid of the car. I left my last F-body OEM and owned it for over a year. Oh, it came with a Moroso and I just left that on there. Other than that it was OEM, but I didnt do the moroso, so I consider that I left her alone. F-bods imho are ok stock. My mustang needed mods though, lol.

Nice car man. Before I bought the Mustang I was looking at a wrecked 00 T/A very similar to that. Except it was an auto. It went for about 600 more than what I bought my Mustang and it would've took more money to fix. I like my Mustang a lot but sometimes I wish I had bought the T/A[&:]

 

At least you got the T/A with a decent looking front end... Just what this Forum needed...another f'n LS1 hugger.[&:]

yea, until you get waxed by a mustang...then the modding will commence.

 

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET T/A!! You have to at least put a lid on her...it's a simple mod and you can always go back to stock in 2 minutes. There's a lot more room up front to work on her also, once you get rid of that BS silencer. Oh and of course you have to have a catback to go along with it

 

congrats...looks like it's in good shape. if you think a stock ls1 is fast then you don't know what fast is yes it is faster than a stock gt...that's not what im saying

 

btw does anyone remember the t/a commercial with taz and the streetlight. "the muscle car lives" or something...that's was a great commercial. i love the way they look from the front with the ram air...that's about it though
