LT1 race chances?

My friend has a 94or 94 LT1 trans am automatic with bassani catback. I have the mods in my sig plus 3.73s coming soon, hes been wanting to race for awhile what are my chances (w/ the gears)

If you can drive it shouldn't be too difficult.
LT1 is very close if not maybe a hair better than a 99-04GT, which means an auto LT1, assuming a half way decent launch, is easily in the 14.2 range. While at the same time, I would say that with (the possible 3.73's coming) his Mustang MIGHT be able to scratch into the 14.8's or so.
