With BFG's you should be able to pull 1.9's fairly easily, which would drop .8 seconds off your ET and whould put you at 13.2, which sounds about right for what you've done.
LOL !!! Well lowering you tire pressure wont hurt ur MPH unless they are flat!When you spin you get faster MPH so when you give up some spin your mph will drop. The 13.2 sounds right. So go get some tires and practice your launches on the street before you get new tires.
Even with the stock gears my mach will spin from a slow roll and it can be tricky launching without too much wheelspin. With 4:10s and considering your mach prolly has close to 350 bl/ft of tq, traction is going to be almost impossbile to come by on the stock gatorbacks.

also very important, if you are doing a burnout, don't spin your tires in the water, just slowly pull through the main water and get in front of it, then do your burnout. spinning the tires in the water just throws a lot of water up in the wheelwells that will drip back down on the tires and track at the line causing even more slippage!
I had the same problem. I was awful at "slipping the clutch' or "walking it out past the tree" I have been racing for many years and when the lights go its a reflel. Get some BFG drag radials and depending on the ambient temperature go as low as 12-13 LBs and you will hook like a MF. I am getting 1.80 60 foots and thats what its all about, your car will scream!
i will def try the tire pressure thing. but here is the way i think. i want to get the best time i can the way my car will be on the street. if im gettin into a street race at a light i cant get out and lower my tire pressure. y know what i mean? how fat i am on the track is how fast i want to be on the street. but i will def try your ideas. it would be cool to see what the fastest i culd run on the track even if its not what i would run on the street. thanks again you all
