kinda off topic but i saw a Ferrari Enzo go past my work at probably 120mph

i heard the thing from a mile away so im lookin out the door like wtf? and i just see a blur go by... yep defintely an enzo [8D]

 

The only time ive seen one in person is at the ford dealer, my cousin was trying to get the salesman to let him sit in it..haha...

 

I've seen them in dealerships, but my dad saw one on the road once in Cali. Lucky...

 

ive still not seen one driving around...i may have seen one at woodward, but i dont recall.

 

Ive seen four of them driving around. Theres tons of em in phoenix. Ive seen a black one (my favorite) a red one with white stripes a blue one with white stripes and a bright orange one with blue stripes.

 

the orange with blue stripes sounds kinda like an ugly choice of colors

 

I was lucky enough to be able to sit in one back when I was trying to put in my order for my 05. The saleman came in smiling while I was looking at some brochures and told me he had a real treat for me. He pointed outside and I saw them unloading a yellow Ford GT with black stripes from an enclosed tractor trailer. They pulled it around to the service area, and proceeded to shut the whole shop down. I was talkin to the guy that was coming to take delivery of it (to another dealership) and he let me have a seat in the passenger side while he was checkin out the driver's side view.

No matter what you think of the GT's, sitting in one just seems to make you all giddy for some strange reason.[&:] Maybe its cuz you glance over your shoulder and see the motor right there. They are alot smaller than I imagined from seeing them in photos though.

 

Isn't it light blue with orange graphics(the Gulf team colors). Here in SoCal I've seen more Ford GTs than GT500s(although I saw a dark blue with white stripes GT500 this morning, I dunno, but the GT500 is an awesome looking car IMO but the GT is altogether something else!). BTW I'm sure the race would've gotten really ugly above 100mph.....Mustangs aren't very aero friendly.

 

my poor a** lives right down the street from all the rich ****'s so natural when they get new toys i get to see, and considering i cut there grass i know the ppl farly well, well any who my neighbor's dad died and left him his tuxiedo black Ford GT with white stripes. Not only did i get to sit in it and ride in it, but i got back it out of the drive way. didnt even get to touch the gas pedal
