Alright, I just bought an '04 Gt and I love it. I'm always up for a quick race light to light or on the freeway. With my thunderbird I might find a taker every so often and even rarer was someone reving at me, call it once every other month. I've had this car for less than 2 weeks and can't go to the grocery store to get toilet paper without hearing the mighty roar of some random four banger. It's gotten soo bad that some guy in a four door camry with the only mod that I could see was bra pulled along side me and paced me for about 3 or 4 minutes.
People, it's a brand new car. It doesn't even have the liscence plate on it yet. Let me enjoy it for the first couple thousnad miles and then I'll be more than happy to take a part time job frying rice here in Ann Arbor.

i wish i had that problem more often. believe it or not, the only people that rev on me is mustang owners. thats half the reason im here. gotta find out whats out there before i clutch'em.

 

oh that guy I had that problem all the time when I lived in SE MN, ricers with dual fart pipes the size of my leg revin their intake/exhaust DX civic hatches and even worse cars like neons and paseos[:'(]. It was just annoying, racing them wasn't even fun, cuz they were so bad! I'm still waiting to actually race a quality japanese car (might be hard) very few made nemore.

 

i wan to find a smaller exhaust tip but since im moving up to a 3.5" pipe i am having trouble finding a small tip. i might just run a cherry bomb and a dump, but hang a stock muffler in the back. i hate naving a 4" tip. if i had a 2" exhaust i would be even more embarrassed.

 

good for you! I think 3.5" will be great I just hate it when people like my buddy put on 4.5" Carbon fiber muffler tips, it's like WTF? faaaaaaaaaaaaart, even he admits it sounds like poo poo

 

3.5" tips are sexa - any bigger than that is gay though

its so hard to find import mufflers with the same entry as exit nowadays. why cant they just make a 3"inlet and 3"outlet? stupid *** bling mods. kids always ask me about my exhaust before anythin else. i wish they would ask me how i got 100 hp per cylinder. but no, they all want to know how i got my exhaust so loud. it's called flow...and catless.
