I believe it "is" illegal but the car won't be loud enough for them to bother you. Trust me if I haven't got a ticket yet you won't. $300? I bought my LM1s for $170 shipped and got a "custom setup"

Just found this picture of a ricer I spotted a few weeks ago. Notice the dented tailgate, rattlecanned Mark 7 wheels, the carbon fiber tails, and the mexican slammed lowrider appearance. Also note that when riding in this truck the exhaust leaks are bad enough to cause you to have to go to the ER.

Wait now, don't forget about my autozone lights in my grille, my grille that I made from the home depot gutter guard, the hole in my bed that I had to cut so my differential would clear, the blue painted plastic pieces in my interior that match the outside of my truck, my home made CAI. I drive a POS and I love it! At least on the odd occasion when someone does like my truck I can say that I DID IT myself. At the end of the day I'll be the first one to point out a car and be like "wow what a piece of ****" but you have to at least respect the work that people put into their cars. You may not like it, but if they do then more power to them. Granted that cavalier looks like it has some really shotty body work and it will probably still look like crap when its done, but at least he/she/it is working on it. And my tail lights are black homie, not carbon fiber.

Hey, i know that guy, with the green Neon. HAHA i remember that car... you should see it now, its the opposite. back to stock and still runnin (more than 300k on it) Kevin now owns it... its his ride while he fixes his 86 cobra (he is always doing something to it) but right now he is replacing the main bearings. but here the ricer i found
