Ok, so they are minor kills. It's kinda funny though because either of these would be a good race for a stock GT. I obliterated an Infiniti G35 (280hp) and a Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi (345hp). Both of them messed with me first. The Infiniti didn't get enough the first time so I had to spank him twice. The Hemi was super new so it probably wasn't broken in very well.

Beware the stock-looking 02 mineral gray GT...

 

Good kill on the Infiniti. I bet they had know idea they were dealing with a blown GT[sm=tongue.gif]

Haha nice, I raced a hemi in mine... its stock. It was kinda close.... cause i let him jump out first from the lights twice. But that was the only reason it was close for 2 gears.... after that i beat him pretty good. Still though he gave me a better race than i expected.

Thanks... [8D] They were both this past Sunday. I went to another town to party with some friends. On the way there I encountered the Hemi and he was persistent that I wasn't going to pass him. Much to his misfortune (and the delight of everyone behind us) we caught a red light. I reved a little bit at him and he bounced his front end reving his engine. When the light turned green it was "on". His big 'ole general purpose truck tires squealed some. I'm getting pretty good at launching with the Goodyears and barely squeeked the launch and barked second. I ate his lunch from the launch and never stopped walking away. I wasn't suprised, but it was fun.

The G35 was like this. He was behind me on a two lane highway. A slow driving pickup was in front of us but we couldn't pass. The pickup sloooowly turned right at a green light and I saw there was nobody in front of us as far as I could possibly see. I was a little agitated at the slow-*** pickup truck so I downshifted to second and gave it about 3/4 pedal. Then I realized the Infiniti had downshifted and was trying to keep up. When I shifted to third I nailed it and walked away from him. When I caught up to another car he was waaay behind. The road changed to a four-lane and shortly thereafter we caught a redlight. He was obviously excited because he was reving his engine like crazy. When the light turned green we launched and I immediatly jumped out in front and by the time I was shifting to third I was several car-lengths ahead. If you're asking if I beat him out the dig, I did. But I also counted the time he was trying to keep up with me as a kill. I wasn't trying to race him at that point I was just taking off a little fast and he tried to keep up. Love that twinscrew torque...
