Mainly cuz I have a buddy of mine that just managed to get his 06GT into the 14's (as opposed to the 15's he had been running for the last couple of months[:@]). Throw in an even less aggressive, less experienced racer and you have a perfectly spankable S197.

s197s are definetely faster than LT1s and slower than LS1s.

Anybody who could only "just manage" to get a mid 13 second car into the 14's needs to hand over his license because he doesn't deserve that car, good grief you could miss 2 gears and run 14's.....
