Ran into a Mach1 lil bit ago!! He was behind me to start with ( I seen him making his way through traffic, so I was hoping he was trying to catch me, not just speed, etc ) so I got on it when he was on my tail. He didnt get on it or anything, just kinda kept a somewaht pace with me. Then we hit a redlight, so I kept a lil rev going, he threw a couple back. Light turns, he dont go [:@], so I kept into half throttle and he caught back up at @ 50.
He finally gives in, throws a rev, i give it back, then he hits it. Even at first with his slight jump, then @65 I was pulling slowly, by 75 about 3 ft out, by 90 over half car. Then let out.
Couldnt believe it, I really thought a Mach would give me more trouble from a roll.
We talked afterwards, exchanged numbers. Mods that I remember are X-pipe, and CAI or whatever it wasfor the machs.

If you run a 13 flat that would be about right

 

I went to the track Wednesday, only got 2 runs in. First was a 13.2, 2nd was a 13.3. Both of them were with 2.06 60fts, so I know 12's are within reach.

Yea, a low 13 second car would be enough to run a stock or mildy modded Mach 1........assuming the Mach driver wasn't some kind of ace or something. Good race.

The Mach 1 I raced a while back had full exhaust and 4.10's and gave me a damn good scare from a dig. They are some pretty stout running mustangs.

 

Were you spraying, IDK how nitrous works in real life, I know it's not likeFast and Furious i don't think... But if you weren't was it because a.) you didn't have your bottle in your car. b.) wasn't on..

 

i've been wanting to run into a mach 1 myself to see the results....i'm knocking on the door to 12s as well....good kill.

 

There is no bottle in the car at the moment becauseI need injectors and dont want to have the ability to open the bottle just because I have it. Right now, on the bottle it is breaking up once I get into 3rd gear.

 

Oh and Limer, sorry for not getting back to you in the PM. I dont think you want to run this LS1, he ran a 11.69 the other night! Very impressive car.
