well, one of my buddy had told to a guy, how i ran at track and how i love to race and god knows whatever and this dude had told him that he wants to race with me.. i got a phone call from my buddy and told me that this dude with a stock camaro calling me out and i told him LT1 or LS1 and he said 2000 Camaro SS LS1. i said, to be honest, he will get me but i will not let him go away easy and i am open for race whenever.. i am off fri-sat. so i will see if we can race on one of those days! my buddy told me that he never seen him drive but he claims that he is a good driver and i said it is all for fun, lets do it and whatever is the outcome, let show thumbs up.. so i am waiting for a phone call now.. i also asked them to get a video camera if they can.. so i will keep u guys updated.. i hope it will happen.. i wanna have a real race against LS1s even though i know they are faster than me.. wish me luck..

Good luck dude. I'd have a hard time believing he's totally stock personally......but it's possible. Obviously he doesn't know much about how the two cars compare up stock for stock or he isn't the greatest driver. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth his time. Let us know how it goes.

Good luck doodad. You may win this one, depending on his driving skills, auto or M6, and gearing. With your mph, i would say from a roll he would win, but with your ET if its from a dig and he can drive, i would say it'll be a good race. Either way have fun man, its nice to finally get a good heads up race.

 

Naperville,IL it snowed here but the roads are all dry now.. traction will be big issue due to cold pavement but we will see, if we can't do it now then we gotta wait till it gets completely dry and salt-free.

One of the reasons I say the guy probably isn't stock. Plus, every LS1 F-bod owner I've ever met personally couldn't say they were stock and look me in the eye at the same time.[8D]
