I am behind this r/t who is the first at the light. i give my car a good couple of revs. he looks back in his mirror. light turns green he floors it. i didn't launch because i didn't know if he wanted some. so i had a ok start. all of 1st i was on his butt. 2nd gear i had to get into the right lane. so i am next to him now. i shift to 3rd, i get 3/4 of my car in front of him. mid 4th gear i had a car and a half on him. we shut off at 100mph. so i really beat him by 2 and a half. He gave me the numbs up. and that was that.

 

Good job! i always thought the r/t and the 300c and the magnum r/t was faster than our cars

 

Their not any faster but not really any slower either.

 

i dont know about going from a roll, but from what ive seen a stock new edge should be about even with a charger or magnum RT. in REALLY good conditions, they will crack into the high 13s.

 

This is the second hemi kill story in the pass 3 days. He either lives near a dodge factory or someone with a hemi has really pissed him off

 

i live near a dodge factory, and the HQ, and i dont see this many hemis...

 

I hear the Hemi cars really shine on the big end. Charger>Mustang on high speed runs...

the CSRT8 that i drove seemed to pull hard everywhere...off the line it seemed a LITTLE tame, but once it got moving, it was quick.

 

well the first race w/ my buddy subbie was about 2 weeks ago. And this one just happen today. i am in delaware about 20 mins from philly. i see these hemi cars all day long. i never seen any 05+ mustang gt. I have never raced one either. i am actually pissed off at all the infinite g35's and all 350z's. that is another post
