A few days a week, I generally see the same Z4 roadster on the Interstate while driving home from work (I work a few miles from the BMW plant here in SC).

It's red in color with some aftermarket wheels (I think), and looks really nice. The guy that drives it looks fairly young, but acts like he's the king of the road. He comes flying by me all the time, and has even cut it pretty close while changing lanes on his way through traffic. I have even seen him cut off other people.

I waved to him once one day, but he basically just blew me off. I have not acknowledged him since.

Well yesterday as I'm on the entrance ramp to the Interstate, I notice him behind me. The ramp starts off as two lanes and changes to one. Well this guy just comes blowing around me in time to make it before the road bottlenecks. It kind of irritates me, but I blow it off.

A few miles before I get to my exit, I see him again. I pull up beside him and look over and he revs his engine and takes off. Well I'm going about 60 MPH and when he has a couple of cars on me I downshift to 4th and take off.

I went by him like he hit the brakes. I know what the performance of these cars are so I'm not bragging, just glad to see the look of surprise on someone's face who generally looks down on other people.

Let me clarify that when I said I know what the performance was, I meant the Z4 . I re-read the post and it looked like I was talking about my car.

I'm pretty sure that the top engine in the Z4 is rated at 225 HP. But the car is pretty light.

It's a shame that a lot of the nice cars around here are driven by ******.

thats usually the case(nice cars w/ ****** as drivers). good kill though, although im sure you werent really trying since you knew youd eat him up and spit him right back out. haha maybe next time hell be a lil nicer to you and wave back....hell, he may wave first. LOL

 

Good kill, a lot of those BMW's and Mercedes cars are very overrated.

 

i think more along the lines of ALL of 'em cept for one..........the M3 !!! those cars as bad as sh*t. one up at the VW show in Ocean City. yellow, s/c, NOS. looked exactly like the one off of the Mischief videos(if anybody's seen those). it only put down like 264whp though......i think. unless they said 364. still looked good and sounded good though !!!

 

hahaha! excellent! i've noticed BMW drivers here in northern VA are ****** like that too. i posted a story here about that before. my stepdad has a Z4 and i rocked it. they're trash. KILL THE BMWs!!

 

Actually I hate to say it but some mercedes are really bad ***. The E55 AMG will slauter a cobra and they got those new 65 AMG's that push out like 600 hp and over 700 lb. ft. of touque. I'm not standing up for Mercedes but I mean some of their cars are mean. BTW nice kill. I hate Z4's and porshe Boxers. The drivers act like their all that. Ha ha.
