It could go either way depending on the driver. But if you want to swing the odds toward yourself, get a CAI+Tune.
friend of mine has a bone stock earlier model 350Z with an automatic tranny
(less Horse, more Torque from the later models I think)
he has a drop in K&N and BFG DR's and his best run so far is 13.98@98MPH
I heard they respond to mods as well as the 2V... lol if that's not an oxymoron
so I would say your racing a high-mid13 second car IMO

Your joking me right? 350z's mod worse than civics.

hence the unmodded 350Z ran high 13's... the modded one with a manual will run pretty much the same thing... maybe dip into mid 13's... not much more than that though
Yeah..those cars aren't slouches, but around here, they pull nothing but crappy times. The only ones I've seen into the 13's are the ones with FI. But, more than likely, it'll come down to the driver.

Anyways, the GT will win in a straight line. Hands down. You could probably take him even before you get used to the car.
Race him with anything involving changes of direction, however, and the pendelum swings back in the other direction.
