You have to know how to handle this kind of h.p. I was at the track last Oct. a new Z06 was running mid 12's all day, he did not know how to drive or he would be running mid11's, if they can't drive I'll beat any way I can lol.

Don't the new Z06 have 500 h.p. at the flywheel ? If so wouldn't he be at approximately 425 rwhp, that's with 15% drive train loss. The stang would have about 60 more rwhp.

There rated at 505 Hp at the crank. Either there under rated or 475 rwhp would not be correct. I wish the guy/gal who posted this post to begin with would let us know what year the Z06 was.

Last night while rolling throughBakersfield, I pulled up along a new C6 convertable after getting off 99 to go west on 58. We drove along side for a few lights and then I was behind him coming up to a light. He would have been first in line anyway, but he moved to his right in front of another car so I would be next to him at the light. We both looked at eachother briefly and knew it was on. We rolled out, I gunned it a little, he took off. I passed him by the end of 1st and pulled 2nd and 3rd ending up 2-3 lengths in front of him. I don't know if it was an auto a manual or what. Didn't care. Just knew he was trying to catch me but couldn't.

well would of been a different story with a Z06, with your mods you are putting down what 350 rwhp, thats what he puts down in a new vette base model and he is lighter by 600lbs, good kill he should of beat u

Really think only 350 rwhp? Probably I guess. We (my friends up here)are trying to set up a dyno day for this Saturday. If it happens I'll be sure to post.
