Pinks! is coming to Steele Alabama, Alabama International Dragway in October 2007.
I have already submitted the paperwork to run my 86 GT.
I would be thrilled if 98LS1 would sign up and we could run for Pinks.

Assuming competent drivers, faster car car always wins unless he breaks something.
It's pretty formulaic:
Race 1 - Heads up, faster car wins
Race 2 - Slower car negotiates for the lengths he lost by in race 1 but faster car was sandbagging that race. Faster car wins again.
Race 3 - Baldy insists on a race that the slower car can win. Slower car finally wins one.
Race 4 - Faster car negotiates something that looks a lot like race 2. Faster car wins. Slower car goes on his trailer.
Better know for sure that you're the faster car

Can you run anything on pinks? I've seen go karts and I think motorcycles before. I should break out the mountain bike and win myself a car. I'd sandbag the first race by staying in low gear. Then in the negotiation for the second race i'd get my lengths, throw the huffy in 18th gear and bring on the hurt.
