Had a pretty fun little encounter on my way to go eat with a friend over lunch.. pulled up at a stop light against a silver C6 Z06..... and he threw a rev.. So I threw a much louder rev.. light went green and I had him out of the hole pretty bad.... I let off about 65 (coming up on another stop light) and his front bumper wasnt quite to my rear bumper.. just a little behind me from what I could tell. He pulled up next to me, honked twice (guess saying goodbye? he didnt look my way..), then got in the right hand turn lane. Lol, I dont think he expected to loose to a mustang on a quick little race like that [8D]

He was catching up pretty quick though... I hadabout a car and a half length between usabout half way through second.. he woulda had me if we would have gone the full 1/4 but it would have been close... and woulda been a slaughter if we woulda gone anywhere over 110...Those things are beasts.... anyone wanna loan me some cash to .. ahem... make sure they wont catch me by the end of the 1/4? [&:][8D]


My friend was definatly impressed.. he's a bowtie boy and has been ******* me about his "future" 'maro he will be getting.. this shut him up a bit [sm=bling.gif]

Nice. I'm sure he figured he was going to rape you too. Racing only up to 65 is definitely going to depend on who knows how to launch. Obviously you do!

 

you beat the driver. i'd say its a damn good race with ur mods, though, and quite a nice kill!

 

If you had gone the full 1/4 he would already be well past 110, past 120 even. Probably 125ish.
