I raced three different ones at my track (which sucks *****) and they all ran like a 14.5 to a 15.5 to my 13.7's and 13.8's. Never raced one on the road because I dont do that too often.

 

Keep in mind jd has bitched numerous times about how ****ty his track his.. I would think he'd be at most a 13.5 second GT with his mods on a good track.

Edit: I've never raced an SRT4 though, I've seen a few around. I'd get my *** waxed.

I raced one with some goodies. From a 20 roll im a dumbass and spun the tires so i didnt get him by much. Then we went from a stop and i was able to wax him pretty good.

 

ive run a couple of srt-4's. we have 3 of them in my club. when i was stage 2 i ran 12.96 and i killed 2 modded srt's. i got one from a roll on the street and i dug one out. i was at the night races after the turbo and tranny upgrade i ran one through second gear and murdered it. i want to race one with a bigger turbo. nice cars though.

 

i raced one once in joes car. We was driving down the road and he came up on the side of me.... I WAS STUPID and floored it in the gear I was in (which was 4th) and we stayed neck and neck till I got around 4-5k rpm. BTW this was before the supercharger. I would love to race one again for ***** and giggles

 

I have an SRT4 and I really haven't raced any others. I did a couple weeks ago but I had a boost leak so I got my *** handed to me. I do have one of the most modded ones with the stock turbo. When everything is running the way it's supposed to, it's a tough car to beat. I want to race a big turbo one too to see if I can hang.

 

I just got the SRT a couple months ago so all i got now is CAI, Graphics Kit, and gettin the BOV this weekend. Im hoping to be able to afford the stage 3 after winter is over But the main reason i posted this thread was to get an idea on how my car compares to some Mustangs since i encounter alot of them on the road. I have raced an 04 SVT for ****s and giggles and thats all it was cuz i got my *** handed to me. But i also raced an 04 Mach 1 which i am guessing it was a stock automatic cuz we were dead even up to 100 when he shut down. Either it was automatic or was a manual and he couldnt drive i dunno.

 

Just my .02: don't get stage 3 man. For that kind of money you can get a bigger better turbo and A LOT more power, and for less money. Besides, you have a graphics kit, thats good for 20hp!

 

get away from staged kits, they dont make as much power as individual parts. they are more reliable though[:@]
