battle of the Verts....

I'm just comparing a S197 GT vert (stock, stick). My car is a 99GTvert, w/ lower control arms, 4.10s, SCT 93 tune, o/r H pipe, and k & n filter. (and bald tires[:@][:@][:@])

soo....is it close? drivers?

 

should be a pretty good race; possibly a drivers race, although he might have the edge get some new tires and we'll see that change

i know these are slow cars and not that exciting but any more feedback?

 

As it stands id say the S197 would take you, only because your tires are shot. Get non-bald tires and its a drivers race, DR's and youv got the edge

 

How bald are they? If you roll off the line do you spin? If you do then it's over[&:]

Some decent tires and it'll be close. DRs and you should have the advantage. Nothing you already don't know

 

I can roll off the line without a problem, for now

I just miss going full throttle in first gear (while hooking, of course)[8D]
