DEATH FROM AN SRT-4...
Coming home from work and i spot an SRT-4 in the rear veiw so i slow down, he pulls along side and he say's his cars only mod is cat deletes so we catch a light which should've been a good thing for me but i didn't hook up well on the launch and he got me by a carin 1stand kept the lead to around 70mph. Then we go from a 30-40ish roll and he pulled about a car on me to around 80mph. I'm just a little pissed that i did'nt do better from a dig, not taking anything away from his car cause i really like SRT-4's but i shoul've got the dig run.....oh well.

if youre only running 14.2, youd have to catch a pretty green srt4 owner to have a good chance...

A 14.2 should be enough to beat a basicly stock SRT-4 on street tires from a dig, i know there quick and will beat me 9/10 from a roll from a dig it shoul've been different, i just need to work on the driving...

against the average little girl who drives an srt4, youre 100% right...a 14.2 will be hard to beat by a stock srt4, but ive known several guys with stage 0 (stock) srt4s who got into the 13.79-13.82 range...but these were experienced drivers.
I see no reason why a 14.2 isn't enough to get some SRT-4's, especially racing them from a dig on teh street. FWD will perform even worse on the street than they will at the track, which in turn should give the Stang owner a better shot at getting a small lead, and managing to keep it for another 1300 feet.
I've lost to a bone stock one when we both went 14.1's, and I've been beat by one that went 13.5@109. They aren't to be taken lightly, but with a good driver, they arent unbeatable stock vs stock.
i dont know...ive seen a few stage 1 srt4s in the high 12s...and if being here has taught us anything, it is that if one unit of a certain car runs something, they must ALL run the same times...

everything else is subject to the driver mod.
