brake-torque problems.
Okay so i got the basics of brake torque-ing down, hold the hell outta the brake, pop into neutral and rev past 3.5k, the brake sinks, put into D and start revving....but my tires still spin even when im holding the brake. and when i pop off i just spin like hell...i have the stock good year eagles but i think i should still atleast be able to launch. Any tips/help you guys could give me? thanks.

You're revving too high. I'm not exactly sure what your stock stall speed is but it's not 3,500. It is usually around 1,800-2000 rpms. Put it in gear, step on brake, give gas and watch the tach. To launch, you will want to hold the rpms just below the rpm your tires start spinning. So if you start spinning at 2000, hold at 1800 or so. You will have to experiment
A smooth launch will get you better results than mashing the gas. The gears on your car are probably a 2.82 gearing. I used to have a 01 GT and Ford switched them under warrunty for free to 3.31 (lowest they would let me go for free). Big difference in acceleration, no gas mileage loss. I would get some 3.73's, that would make you happy. Cost you less than $600 for gears and install. Get a programmer and a stall converter with a higher RPM stall speed and you will be taking time off you 1/4.
With a programmer my car would chirp 2nd,3rd gears.

I think he's putting it in neutral and reving it so the brake will go down farther. Then he lets it idle down and puts it back into drive. You don't have to do that. Just hold the brake down and give it a little gas. If it starts spinning let off the gas some until it stops spinning. Let off the brake and stomp it at the same time and you'll go.

is he talking about neutral slamming it?

yeah i rev to 3.5k for the brake to sink, the problem is when i start revving even when the brake is held the wheels still spin if im over 1.5k. idk whether my brake pads suck or what. and if i cant launch over 1.5k, wats the point of even launching? (and for those wondering, yes im buying a stick car in may lol)
