I dont think you have it anywhere close to 'in the bag'. You have a torque advantage, he has a 200 lb weight advantage.
Also, his transmission is going to shift perfectly... while if you're a manual you will not. If you have an auto, his auto will own yours. It's a 5 speed auto > 5 speed manual; in a race.

You can't launch a stock auto like you can a manual. If he can drive he will win. Now if he has an automatic racing might not be a good idea

i think that the Is300s are only like mid to low 15s? ive only seen one in "Stock" form (cai/exhaust) and he was only in the mid 15s. i would hope that the mighty mustang, automatic or not, would be able to muster a mid 15 second run.
