if i had a 90 lx 5.0 5 speed, very clean runs strong, with a CAI, PP heads and intake, headers, super 40 flowmasters, 26x10 mickeys on welds, and 4:10s? most of this is installed now just not the tires but its winter and snow so id like a estimate what ill run in spring??

 

stock or aftermarket heads ??? im guessing mid-high 13's if stock pp heads. aftermarket, low-mid 13's, maybe even HIGH 12's.

 

Damn, I wouldn't expect all that from stock heads. Here at our local 1/8 track heads/cam/intake 5.oo's on DR's are going high 8's.

 

I'd say low 14's

 

might break 13, maybe. launch hard.

it depends on vehicle weight. a 14 second car can dip to the next bracket with weight reductuin.

 

somewhere in the mid to high 13's if you can get some traction off the line!

 

i want to be able to hit a low 13 in spring, if with those i can hit a mid-high 13, if i got the e-303 cam would i hit low 13? or is there anything else decently cheap i could buy to get down a few tenths of a second? and yes its the stock heads PP

 

For me an 8.7 and an 8.8 = 13.5 and 13.6... so maybe he is right.

 

Hard to tell. These guys had aftermarket heads though, not stock ones. Like OB has the stock ones and they're uber ****tay.

 

I wanna have mine proted and bigger stainless steel valves put in but it runs like $2500 to have it done on the 4.6. [&o] Anyone wanna donate?
