Now thats not true, It kinda pisses me off that people say that 5.0's are 15's second car....I should slap the **** outa you, put some sense in you, Even an 88' GT with a auto will run 14.7 BONE stock, even with paper filter, a magazine did a test and ran a 88' Gt with 150,000 miles on it and ran 14.6, by the end of the day they had it running 14.3, with filter and timing adjustments. I also know of a friend that has a 89' GT Vert. The slowest possible form of a Fox body. His first run was 14.9 with a VERT. Mabye if you were driving a Fox body you'd get in the 15's cause you dont know how to drive.

I dont like the fact that MUSTANG OWNERS cant post a story of their own about MUSTANGS beating a camero (reguardless of it being a V6 or V8) and not get flamed by two or three F body guys on here. Its starting to make me sick that you guys think the LS1 is the end of all sport engines. Take your **** to LS1 Tech or something and quit trying to stress your points here. This is getting to the point to where Amanda needs to start banning fockers!

I dont know of what places your looking at, BUT in REAL LIFE 5.0's are 14 second car's, Anyone who owns a 5.0 on this forum will say, " your on drugs" or that " you have had to many camaros shuved up your *** to think straight." I as a 5.0 owner will stand up for 5.0's, and believe me I have killed many camaros in my car.

guess it's good that I don't ahve an LS1 then eh? Or that I am not fond of them either.. I just like to correct some misinformation. If someone can furnish stock 88 times other then the 15.0's that I have found of over 5 sites then sure. but This is what I find to be true. I don't go by what some guy ran, or what a friend of a friend of a friend ran. I like to average what I found written. Thats the best way to be fair.. I just see a lot of missinformation about us (like the 94 LT1 guy a few posts down) that I like to try and clear up. If I was to make a topic called V6 Mustang idiot making fun of a M6 mustang that I raced what would you say? how proud I should be that I beat up on a V6? I just don't like the fact that the guy picked a fight with the v6er and then called the v6er an idiot. I would say the same thing on an fbody bored as well...

Who gives a f*ck? Like I said... MUSTANG FORUM! I dont go to Fbody hideouts and pick on them because I can outrun them. There is no sense that a new guy cant come here and make a post about running someone without getting flamed by someone who doesnt even need to be here! ! ! ! ! Ive held my tongue long enough and Im getting tired of it. It needs to stop and as soon as I can email Amanda then it will be done!

Thats not what im talking about,Im talking about a 5.0 in the 15's, thats just not true, Ive been at the track and have seen all but on 5.0 in the 15's because it was a kids first time at the track and spun very bad. Other than that, all the other 5.0's ive seen run at the track were 14's. As for racing a v-6 camaro, who cares its a free country he can brag all he wants about racing a 6'er. Hell I raced a v-6 camaro couple of months ago and whooped the sh*t ot of him, So what. Its the racing section of the forum this is where this stuff goes.
