the guy said his mods are JLT ram air intake, accufab plenum and tb, borla catback, pypes o/r x-pipe, eibach pro kit springs, tune from Wicked Motorsports, nitto DRs. i just thought it was pretty impressive for him to run that time...does it happen often with bolt on gts cause i have never seen it befor...and he said he was powershifting...does it really take off that much time?

What was his mph I cant wait to go back to the track now that I have drag radials, subframe connecters, and battle box reinforcements. Last outting I ran a 13.8 @102 blasting my tires off most the way down the track.

i dont believe his mods. he still has stock manifolds.. and full boltons with tune is good for 270 rwhp (I made 260 with CAI, LTs, gears, pullies, BBK xpipe, flowmasters, LCAs and probably a couple other things.)

i dont see a GT like that running those times. I bet hes got cams as well or something

 

yea it is kind of crazy...another thing he said was that he has stock gears! plus just springs and no other suspension work...thats just crazy..he didnt even leave the line hard at all but i dont know why someone would lie...next time i go to the track im gona try "power shifting"...well see what kind of times i get...i ran a 13.6 last time at 103 haha maby ill shave off 4 tenths

 

he does have the stock 3.27s....he crossed the line at the to of 3rd. Had he had say 3.73/4.10, he would be well into 4th at the stripe.

It also seemed like he didn't leave the line that hard though....oh well. Maybe that trac is sea level?

 

with pretty much the same mods (+4.10's) and an Auto, with street tires i pulled off a 13.68 @ 101 with a 2.10 60ft.....i can see this given PERFECT conditions

 

I can believe it...listen to his shifts, the dude can drive!

He's only gears away from 12s, pretty impressive.

 

He only hit 3rd gear so pretty much looks like the stock gears are in that thing. Not bad.
