ok there is a race set up for me on sunday night... its me mods on sig... Vs. a 3000gt Twin turbo he has exhaust and a boost controller and some other small thing... just wondering do i have a chance? i heard these things are fast... thanks for any input...

also im thinking of running 104 race fuel and advance timing alittle will this even help that much or just a waist of money thanks.

You should be able to pull him out of the hole thanks to the weight advantage you have over him. Just get a damn good start and hope you can hold him off. If you had invested in some damn heads for your 5 litre this wouldn't even be a race as you'd walk all over him. If the car only has the boost turned up you really stand a good chance of beating it.

 

They were high 13's stock.

 

If its a VR4, you won't even take him out the hole, those are AWD. A buddy of mine has one w/ bolt ons and it runs 11's all day. they're alot like Supra's, slow and heavy from the factory, but can be made into monster's for little money very easily.
