WHAT A DAY
ok so i have been at a big car show all day. there were a lot of mustangs there, some from my club. me and g/f are leaving, peel out of course
, i get to the main highway. and wouldnt you know a saleen pulls up next to me. but it looked a little off. and it sounded nothing like a 4.6. and it has 351 badges all over it. we take off from the light, i spin through first(what a suprise) and second, during my burnout he gets about half a car to a car on me, once i quit spinning i catch him and put about 3 cars or so before i let off about halfway through third. now my first question is would a 351 fit in a new edge, and what kind of power does an average crate 351 make???? when i say average i mean like a bone stock 351 from a bronco or something else. anybody know.
ooh and it didnt sound like a 351, it sounded like a 351, me and the guy pulled up at a light and even said he did the swap.

i imagine you can fit just about any engine ina new edge. seems like i read a thread not too long ago about a stang with a 351. i know he said he did the swap but unless i saw it i wouldnt believe it. sounds like you had a cool time. and h2000x your a bitch just like the rest of the ******** who get on here talking that bull****.

well the thing is i had never seen an engine swap other than a differenct 4.6 done in a new edge. i think its pretty cool. he said hell meet me at the track next weekend so i guess well see what he runs. anybody else

yeah SN-95's had 351's. unless its custom then yeah a new edge could have a 351 in it. they aren't really that great motors stock, my 2 neighbors own a 71 and 72 mach 1 351 cleveland. they spent thousands on their motors and are only putting down 300rwhp, stock they are fairly weak.
