Dude those car will put 235 whp. I consider that VERY powerful especially for a sport compact. Some bolt ons those cars are running low 13s. Dont take this the wrong way but you dont know what your talking about.

SRT-4's are the most overrated piles ever. When they came out people thought it was a gift from god, they suck. I have never even come close to losing to a SRT-4, ever. waste of 20k
Name another car under $21,000 that can match an SRT-4, and that can match the SRT-4's tuning potential - 500+ fwhp on stock internals.
you spend a lot more to get 500hp though. it comes stock with not a lot of hp, but to get to 500hp you need to go through expensive stages. so the car will end up being close to thirty. If i spent that on my car I would romp the SRT-4 any day of the week
It comes stock putting down 230 front wheel hp. A MOPAR stage 3 turbo kit bumps you up to a CLAIMED 310 hp, but much like LS1s the cars were underrated from the factory so I wouldn't put too much money on it actually only making 310 with that kit.

and I agree with Mach I. saleen you spend lots of time instigating arguements about this car, but you never seem to have anything to back up your arguements except with "it's still a neon."

Well, your saleen is STILL just a Mustang under it's over priced saleen badges and body kit.

iwrxit...yea I run low 13's I really dont have much trouble taking out mach's and such

Don't Machs dyno the same as you stock? But I guess your 373 gears must help launching out from a stop.
let me rephrase that...from a stop its always a drivers race and most of the machs I race from a stop I can out drive them and yes my gears help me out big time even tho they arent that famous 4.10's I still get good punch off the line w/ my 3.73's....but I have to admit from a role the mach ones would prolly pass me do to there 4v and higher redline...I never raced a mach from a role so I cant say for sure but I'd prolly give the win to the mach...

Damn... have any of you saying this pathetic reason for an excuse ever even driven a fwd car?

You don't make any sense, having torque steer in the snow doesn't really apply unless you're mashing the pedal to the floor everytime you try to take off. Which would be retarded.

I'd rather not try to feather my clutch everytime with high torque V8s in the snow and have the *** end spin out into an uncontrollable fish tail every time.

FWD > RWD as far as driving in the snow. Torque steer is NOT a big deal, I can still drive just fine with the car pulling to one side, unlike when you get on it in a rwd car you'd have to let off before you're looking at where you just came from.

daily driving in any weather; AWD > FWD> RWD
racing, i'll give it the benefit; AWD > RWD > FWD

Now for the love of God please shut the hell up with that gay excuse "OMG TORQUE STEER! I don't want it!"

BTW do you know what a GT sold for in 93? Do the math, thats a wee bit better then 63.5484884% of its orgianl value
