I raced my friends beater car a 1993 Cougar V6 vs My 2001 Honda Accord Vtec 5sp (one of my beater cars) it wasnt even close, i got pwned by like 5 lengths....funny thing is that some ricer up the street from me wanted to buy my car just for the engine (apparently its some good type?).... so to recap, Honda = slow...old beat cougar with 150k miles = better than Honda

Reading this reminded me of the time my girlfriend and I pulled up at a light and a riced out Integra pulled up to a 240sx and started reving their fart cans at one another. We had just got a 2005 Camry V6 SE and the light turned green and I punched the Camry and whooped them both. We were laughing our asses off the whole time and these guys were seriously trying to race one another. The Camry had them by 2 lenghts before I backed off. I couldn'tkeep my foot in itanymore from laughing my *** off. My lady was in the seat next to me eggin them on to keep up. It was just too damn funny. I guess my point is that on races like this it's not about the race it's more the experience. Often times they're more comical then competitive.
