Default Non roller block conversion help needed

I have a 1984 H.O. block I want to convert to a roller, I need exact info on what is required to do this! Also any cam recomendations would be appreciated. Here"s what I have: Edelbrock RPMperformer heads 2.02 ported and polished,Hurricane intake, 750 Holly, Eagle rods, Kieth Black 9.5 forged pistons, T-5 world class 5-speed, 4:10 8.8 rear, full length headersand Ford racing Extra Performance Ignition. I have been running a Comp Cam Hydraulic flat tappet and springs and roller rockerwith .558 lift that made around 400 hp but due to the high lift and turning 6500 rpms, the cams can't take it and I have trashed 2 of them now (don't buy it!) so want to go to a roller and want to make all the Hp I can and touque in the 3,000 to 6500 range! Please help as I want to do this right!
