Default WOW Drag Radials do help.

I bought a set of BFG Drag Radials from Craigs List for 30 bucks, that had about 30 passes on them

I went to our Local 1/8 mile Track "Old Dominion Raceway" It's about 20 min drive and it's 15 bucks, perfect for practice.
Anyway, I have been running 8.6 and 8.7 on street tires for a while now with an occasional 8.58.
Last Night I mounted the Drag Radials on my Stock 17 inch rims and hit the track with my Son. this was his first time
racing his 2003 Mustang V6 with Intake and GT Takeoff Exhaust and 5 Spd. This was his First Time Ever Run was
60' - 2.317
330' - 6.553
1/8 - 10.043 @ 70.04

My Two Best Runs were
60' - 2.047
330' - 5.511
1.8 - 8.475 @ 82.30

60' - 2.008
330' - 5.495
1.8 - 8.469 @ 82.05
My Car is a 2005 Mustang GT Auto - W/ JLT II, UDP, FRPP 4.10 and MAC Exhaust
These two runs are about 13.1 - 13.2 These DR are awsome, I still need to get my 60' down and I could be in the
12.99 range. I guess some LCA and other suspension part are in my future

Good times man! I really need sticky tires. Tuesday night I was getting mostly 2.1 60 ft times easing it off the line (resulting in 13.2-13.3 @ 107) but later on the water box spilled onto the part that I drive through to go around it and Ispun toa 2.27 (13.43) and a 2.35 (13.52). [:@]
I was trapping 85 mph in the 1/8 but not getting nearly as good an ET as you.

Yea, sorry Typo.. should be 60' - 2.317 I think it is a good time for him, he has been driving a manual now for 10 months. This will help him really learn how to shift and control the car.
