That first pic is poetry in motion! Do you have your front swaybar still on? I want to know how you trap 109. I'm getting some M&H 275/50/17's for the track. I want a 28 inch tire because i'm getting 4.10's put in this Thursday. 4.10's and a 26 inch tire, i might be shifting to 5th before the traps! Maybe that O/R H is the secret. I think a frpp X pipe is the most I could stand, maybe my next mod.
I kind of thought maybe the same thing. Maybe its off by a mph or 2. I was crossing the line in 3rd at around 6500 rpm. stock 3.55's

Well 109 should be possible in 3rd, i trap 106 in 3rd at about 6300rpms.

Is your suspension stock? I thought I heard some wheel hop on one of your launches.

Roush rear springs, Adj. Lca's, Adj Panhard. Zero wheel hop every run.
And I forgot to answer, yes, stock sway bar still on.

Yeah, I was getting better with my launches as the day went it seemed. Still getting use to having drag radials. Different beast from the street tires.
Also crossing the line at near 6500rpm. I think shifting to 4th would just hurt.

The Goodyears run about 10-20 bucks more per tire than the MT's
Awesome runs Stoenr, I was allready to go to us41 for their first street car chaos of the season on the 25th but i thought it would be canceled due to the weather. I'm about 45-50 minutes south of morocco and it kept raining off and on here. I see you had a good time with those drag radials on. The shorter tireseffectively increased yourrear gearto about 3.73 whichactually still allows you to stay in third gear through the traps. Top speed in third gear at 6500rpm with an overall 3.73 gear is 107mph, so you definately have that combo dialed in perfectly. I will be running a tire with the same 26 in diameter as you so i can effectively increase my gear to a 4.30. This will let me stay in fourth gear longer since the 4.10's want allow me to cross the traps in third anymore. I might as well get the most out of fourth gear.

Thanks. You should have went. Im a little over an hour north/west of 41, it started to drizzle on the way, I was gonna be P.O'd if it rained. It was packed, but no one was runing on Friday night. I never had more than one car in front of me in the stage lanes. When I left at 9pm there was at least 40-50 cars waiting to get in still.
