Well lets make this quick. The other night I was comin home from a Tampa Bay Devil Rays Vs Detroit Tigers game, and a supercharged Tiburon pulls up and keeps revin on me so i say what they heck. We go from second cause the light just turnd green I smoke him for about 4 car lengths into 3rd I cut off around 100 and start to slow. All the sudden lights come on and from behind a building come the FHP highway patrol gets me doin 89 in a 45. Ouch well he comes to me with a big attitude and start reaming me I give him my Driver License and he give me a ticket for 89 in a 45 and says see you in court.
Well i've never been to court on a ticket and not shure what type of fine ill be lookin at
anyone have any ideas on what may happen.
I have 7 points already and in FL i think ur allowed 12 or so.

 

I know plenty of ways to beat tickets in Cali, but am not familiar with FL laws.

 

Had my most fun racing from a Devil Rays game, last year with a AMG E55. Before I was Turbo fun car and he wasnt a dick. We went back and forth for 15-20 miles. I would go from 0-60 and have him by a 1/2 a car, then of course after 70+ he started to pull me hard. But it was fun.........Anyway off the point. Dude slow down!!!

The last 6 months I have gotten
1 Speeding ticket (in my friends 06 GTO)
1 Speeding ticket (my wife expedetion)
1 Not obeying traffic sign (Saleen
2 Tint tickets
1 Seat Belt ticket (Was the passenger just got in the car)
Anyway not sure how many points that is.........but f it you got to pay to play!!

 

44 mph over the limit!!!!!! In NYS that can get you jail time. Add that to your record & your screwed.Get a lawyer, a good one.

 

Never had a point here...though I have a court date for front plate and tint...go figure.

In CA it would be a 1 point violation. However, the Judge could suspend the license based upon the severity of theincident or the high speed. It depends on the Judge, the county and what the Officer says.

ur lookin at a fat fine and since u already have points on ur license possibly a suspension. U will get up in front of a judge and he will read u the charge and ask whether u r guilty or not. It's not a fun experience. I would get a lawyer if i were u.

 

Better hope you get a Judge that owns a Mustang. A Tiburon?? [:'(]
