don't forget those 12 sec runs were on gears. Gears makes a huge difference on a 1/4 mile. this mac DO NOT have gears!

The Mach 1 is gonna kill the Terminator. I've seen a few videos of a Mach 1 with DR's, catback and 4.10 gears running 12.8-12.9. With slicks, full exhaust, and driver mod, I bet the Mach runs 12.4-12.5 and the Terminator will run 12.7-12.8.

I have Called Saleen and talked to a Few people after a Debate in the 4.6 section. They said there was no such thing, It is al real as the GT-R Rotary Piston Mustang. People put Roush Parts on Termies and their Plate Says Rshsnk but its still a Termie!!!! Putting a Body kit doesnt make it a Diff Car.

I have Called Saleen and talked to a Few people after a Debate in the 4.6 section. They said there was no such thing, It is al real as the GT-R Rotary Piston Mustang. People put Roush Parts on Termies and their Plate Says Rshsnk but its still a Termie!!!! Putting a Body kit doesnt make it a Diff Car.

Saleen Cobras are real and came as Saleen Cobras from the factory. I don't know who you spoke with at Saleen but theygave you wrong info. I believe therearound 11 produced in 03. I don't know how many in 04, but they made some in 04 also.. They are REALLY REALLY rare.
But as far as the race, I think it will come down to how well the Cobra gets off the line. The Mach will get it off the line for sure, but the Cobra should be able pull hard enough up top to pull past him. But like Matt said, if the Cobra spins too much, he wont be able to catch the Mach.

if hte mach had gears i would give him the definate win, i know a guy with 4.30s in his mach1 and that thing will rip w/e you can throw at it off the line

I hate to bench race, really........but I won't be surprised in the least if the Mach has this. Only thing that would change my mind is if the Termie driver has some mad launching skills on his setup, and knows his car really well.
