hey i have a question can i lose my license with a driving reckless charge witch i didnt do im gonna fight tht and i have a speeding ticket if anyone can tell me tht would really help thanks and if anyone kno what i can say to a judge to change there mind about it we all make mistakes i think i have bad luck so any help would be nice thank you

 

i got one a long time ago but i didnt fight it and i didnt lose my license. Im out of michigan and its different everywhere you go

 

The more fun you have, the more trouble you can get in -sad imo.

 

I doubt they will take your license, they could revoke it for 30 days though

 

do u know if its diffrent in Iowa cause cops here are a$$holes well mine is hey wasnt even in town and he gave me a citation and he wasnt even in town he didnt see it or anything and theres ppl in my town tht blow through yeld signs and if i try something like tht ill most likly get in trouble with our cop so any advice on how to fight this

 

You can go to jail in VA for a reckless ticket. I don't know what the laws are in Iowa. You might want to consult a lawyer. Usually they'll give you free advice over the phone and give you an idea of whether you need to pay for their services in court or not.

 

+1, the laws are different everywhere, so thats always the best idea, unless you know your laws.

 

Thay may take your license if you complete the paperwork using schoolboy Text talk however. Well, they should !!

 

do u already have a bunch of points on ur license? if yes then ya they will probably take it away.

 

how old are you?? they are usually strict with young people that have had thier license for less then a year
