Are we talkin about an evo8 or and evo9? Does it matter? I know my friends modded 95 GT keeps up with a new GT pretty well.

I dont think so. The new GT's run 13.5-13.7 stock and with the mods on your friends 95, he might be running 14.3-14.4. He must have ran into some sh*tty drivers, or you must be talking about the 99-04 GT's. Any EVO would beat your friends car.

 

Like I said, your definition of a "ricer" is so far off base it isnt even funny. And there isnt too many Mustangs that can beat an EVO stock for stock. And to tell you the truth, I've only seen 1 chick driving an EVO, the rest were all guys. And I know of alot of EVO's that have real nice exhaust.

My 06 gt has a s/c now but I still think I would take an evo when it was stock too

 

And an evo, civic, jetta, what have you, is still a car for girls

 

I never said I wanted anything from Japan. I was just stating that just because its not an American car doesnt mean its a ricer. Stock for stock an EVO would beat an 05+ GT 9 times out of 10.

 

Like I said, I've only seen 1 girl out of like 50+ EVO's being driven by a girl. A civic, well it is what it is. A Jetta, can be either a family car or some of German Engineerings finest work. What I have is 2 Mustang GT's, an 01 and an 05. The Celica was traded in for the 05 GT, and the Celica was what my Wife wanted for about 5 years, but it was getting old and had too many miles on it. You seem to be one of those "Mustang jerks" or a guy who drives a Mustang who gives the rest of us a bad name. Its nice that your S/C, but why dont you put in your sig what you have instead of all the sudden saying you have a S/C.
