Saturday night I went out for a ride in the stang. I was sitting at a red light getting ready to turn left on to the Pkwy. when I saw this car turn right from across the intersection. It takes off and it looked like the tail lights of a nissan sentra but had the growl of a cammed out camaro. So i put two and two together and knew it was a GTO. My light finally turns green and I rush to catch up. I meet up with him at the next light and I hear it loping not a big lope but its loping. I yell out the window "Hey man what kind of cams you got in there!" He says "Stage 3 comp cams with longtubes and catless exhaust!" I say " It sounds nice man do you mind if I give you a run." He revved up his car and says "Are you sure you want to do this I dont want to ruin your night." I just grin and say "I dont care." So we have a 2005 LS2 M6 GTO with comp cams(I cant find comp cams on the web for a GTO?)and full exhaust.He asks me if we can go from a 40 roll so we dont have to gun it through the intersection so me being the good person I am I agree.[sm=badbadbad.gif] We roll out and get through the intersection and match speed. He three honks and then all hell breaks loose! I Instanly pull about 2 cars on him and both our cars are screaming! By the time we shut down I had a good 7-8 cars on him. We come up to the next stop sign and he says"............[sm=WTFsgign.gif]dude are you supercharged?" I say "No I'm not supercharged........but I am turbocharged." He says "Well god damn I was looking for an easy kill and you fu#$ed me up." I say "Sorry man didnt mean to hurt your feelings." He says "Nah no hard feelings its just time for that 125 shot." We go our seperate ways.

 

good kill.guess he thoughtwas going to wax you. what kind of times are you running at the track. or have you taken it.

hahah good kill, stage 3 comp cams huh? what was he an idiot does he not realize its CAM not cams, to me he lost the race when he said he had stage 3 comp cams hahahaha

You do realize that if that gto had a turbo it would kill you, right? Unless it broke a halfshaft or rod first of course.

I would have told him only a ricer would choose to race from a roll when you could race from a stop.

not against built 4.6's with hairdryers on em....would you expect the gto to win in that situation?
