ROTM has a point. If you don't have much experience you can't expect to hop into a 9 sec car and drive it to its full potential. Plus the fact that this seems like a new setup, and you can't expect it to be perfectly tuned the first time out. Those things take time to get right.

The car sounds totally badass btw.

what kind of block, rods pistons and stunn are you running, If you have the 01 cobra block i expect a dead car before long. also to run in the 9's you need to be a trained and licensed nhra driver.

 

First off I have driven 9 sec cars before. Second I will have this thing tuned to perfection. It will have a lot of dyno runs under its belt before it ever steps on to the track. The engine is capable of holding over 1200 Hp as this has already been accomplished on my same set up so how you think the block will not hold up is beyond me. The entire bottom is forged and blueprinted to exact specifications. If you all would like to come and watch me run in the 9s I will have it @ rockingham the first weekend in september.

As for the Bet, Looser wears a dress at the Track on Test and Tune and must get out of the car in the burnout box and do a
chinese fire drill. and have the anouncer do a play by play

I love the Rock, great track, you must live in NC, I was in Raleigh for a year, and plan on moving back soon.
I also like Fayettville Raceway, ran my best time there. good track prep, not as good as the Rock though

In my opinion Slice is going to blow his engine the first time he steps on the gas and then he's going to have to wear a red dress to boot. I will defenetly volunteer my services to photograph the self distructing of his stang He's got an 04 block i know (he wont stop showing me pics) but still he's going to send a rod through the oil pan when he leaves the tree just because he's clumbsy and prone to accidents and I have proof of it. Hey slice remember that night you went chasing after that blackhawk and then while running at full speed you just happen to run into the concrete barrior thats about 9 feet taller than you and in plain sight.
