the other day my friend raced a 06 gt with a cai bfg drag radials, axle back exhaust and it was dyno tuned...the guy said it made 295 to the wheels and said he ran a 13.7 bone stock...my buddy had a stage 2 srt4 with some crazy side exhaust...he recently ran a 13.4...they both lined up and raced froma dig and the mustang got it by about a half car...the distance they raced looked to be about a 1/4 mile...just wondering how i would do if i raced the stang from a dig

 

I think that it would be pretty even. It will probably come down to whoever drives better. 295 to the wheels with just a CAI and tune and really good (the axleback does nothing).

 

If your 13.3 was run under the same conditionsas when your friend ran a 13.4 with his SRT-4, i.e., weather, traction, launch, shifting, etc., then itshould be a driver's race against the 06 Stang.

 

yea i ran the 13.3 in 60 degree weather and my friend ran 13.4 in about 75 degree weather...i had nittos on it then and now i have mickey thompson e.t streets so i hope that makes a differance.
