Well kids todays lesson is how not to make a fool of your self. Before you make a statement like the one just posted you might want to search google or any other helpful search engine out there and get your facts straight. Hemi wether in an R/T or not indicates a V8 engine!You also mightNOT want to post a fishy kill story of an ancient 15 second car beating a newer ,faster car from a roll where no driver error can come into play. I hope I was of some help to the original poster.

 

first of all, how the hell do you know its an 06?

second, the r/t comes with a 5.7 hemi, the sxt and se come with the 250 hp 3.5 v6

there has been some rebadgeing going on at dodge in some cases,

if the guy in the charger was using the slap stick, and an extra person and had the air on, he could have run as slow as a high 14

and if your car is really on its game, it could run a mid 14 so

its actually pretty emberessing for you

Stop posting for a minute, sit back relax and listen to some of the guys in here who are obviously more knowledgeable about cars than you. The fact that you even said that you raced a non-R/T Hemi charger, destroyed your credit.

 

It doesn't need lead bricks, it's allready got lead rims. I will never stop ******* on the chargers, they are a disgrace to the name. If they had a 2 door 5.7L for $25k, i might be driving one.

 

You say disgrace, I say a beautiful car. Maybe if you found more important things to worry about instead of the number of doors on a car you don't even own and how much they sticker for, you'd have more energy to focus on your own ride.

But hey, keep hating I'll keep my "disgrace" with "lead rims." Believe it or not, somehow, even with those "lead rims" and those "disgraceful four doors," I do manage to beat the all powerful Mustang at the track routinely. My lane must be downhill though and their's uphill, huh?

On the flip side, I think Mustangs are beautiful cars. I have nothing against them and respect even the smallest of motors in them. For me, an American muscle car, regardless of the brand, is damn sexy. I guess it's just "cooler" to blatently hate on another car though, huh?

 

A black charger SRT-8 is simply one of the baddest, most visious looking cars on the road right now. I used to be concerned about the number of doors a car had but most people accept a fast foor door nowadays.

o come on, i could say that the 70s mustangs are a disgrace to the name too,

they made on in the 80s and no one every said anything about that one

the 69 charger weighed 4000 lbs had a huge engine in it and had plenty of interior room, not to mention a very cool and in your face style- that too me sound exactly like what a 06+ charger is, it just has a different body, big deal- i think it pays tribute no doubt

I'll have to call bs on the kill I say he let off the gas. As for how the guys mustang runs don't not sure but he has bout the same mods I do and I have killed a few Himi Chargers pretty bad on the street slow roll and high roll with a even start. I might have a old car with just a few bolt ons but its pulled 13.7's and 13.8's no problem but maybe I just have a factory freak.
