the new stang gt's are much more expensive. they really are. The insurance is about 200-300 more a year. Gas mileage there really is no difference I personally say that any mustang v6 is a quick car. Although, there are many competitors for the sixxer, eclipse gt, celica gts, prelude, integra, it nonetheless competes. I do not think anyone should degrate a v6 stang. First and foremost, it is a stang. Second, it does haul some but. It is so much faster then your everyday commuter cars. With a few mods, tune, exhaust, intake, UD kit, it easily competes witha big bad V8 300 HP or the new edge 260 HP.
that was in reference to the particular year mustang he owned. used stangs you can get a slightly older GT and pay the same price you would for a v6. $200/year is only $16.67/month more for insurance.

Also Everysingle v6 mustang forum. Makes you feel like your car is a piece of crap.. I caught myself almost wanting to sell my car because of the way u guys make them out to be. If you dont have anything good to say dont say anything. I dont care if you dont think the car is fast. If you dont take your car to the track, why does it need to be fast? So you can speed up to the speed limit faster?
awwww, its ok

every mustang is baddass. if its from 64 1/2 to 200- (more are still coming out [8D]) if its a 4, 6 or 8, its still a stang and still cool. guys that hate on engines smaller then theirs are just feeding their egos. dont let it get to you, if you love what you drive then that is all that matters

Insurence for a GT was nearly twice that of a V6 for me and I have a really good driving record so I don't know here anyone is getting this $200 a year crap.

maybe because it was a $200/yr difference when i actually called my insurance company when i bought my 04 back in 04. i was 22 with a clean record. i was paying $150/month for my 04 GT. now i pay like $120/month for full coverage on my 04 GT and 07 328i.

talk to mustangman and/or jthorn. they actually called their insurance company and found out what the rates would be. now they both own v8s. both of them were younger than i was when i got my 04 too.

so yeah... that's where we get all this "crap" from.

yeah umm 200 more is "crap" for my car right now it is 1900 a year. a GT would have been 2800. I checked AAA 2 weeks ago. im 19 and have a clean record. it looks like 900 more to me, but if its only 200 for someone else then hell i would do it too.
